Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, texture, or design may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
All product prices are based in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
For your convenience, prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your region. Converted prices are estimates only and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees at the time of payment.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or other reasons at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information.
For workshop bookings:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will receive a refund minus 50% of the workshop fee
No-shows are non-refundable
We reserve the right to reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agogreen Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
